🆕 NEW	Newly added, never been run	Must run in this sprint/release
🔄 UPDATED	Logic has changed since last run	Must re-run even if it passed before
✅ STABLE	Stable, no changes	Run on regression schedule
⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW	Feature is changing — TC may be outdated	Dev must update TC before QC runs
🗑️ DEPRECATED	Feature removed or no longer applicable	Skip — do not test

Update Workflow

When a new feature ships

Dev completes feature PR
        │

Dev creates a new file under docs/qc/<domain>/<feature>.md
(use _template.md as starting point)
        │
        ▼
Dev adds a row to this Master Index
(file, TC count, date, tag = 🆕 NEW)
        │
        ▼
QC runs all TCs in the new file
        │
        ▼
QC records results in the "Actual Result" column
        │
        ▼
All pass → Dev changes tag to ✅ STABLE, updates Master Index

When an existing feature changes

Dev changes logic
        │
        ▼
Dev opens the corresponding TC file
        │
        ├── New TC added       → tag = 🆕 NEW
        ├── Existing TC edited → tag = 🔄 UPDATED
        └── Logic removed      → tag = 🗑️ DEPRECATED  (keep the row, do not delete)

Dev adds a row to the file's Changelog
        │
        ▼
Dev updates the Master Index row (date, status)
        │
        ▼
QC runs only TCs tagged 🆕 NEW or 🔄 UPDATED

After QC signs off
